how to play

The aim of Cornhole is to score points by tossing bags filled with corn kernels or beans onto a raised platform with a hole at the far end.

Setup:

1. Place two platforms 27 feet apart from front edge to front edge.

2. Each player or team has four bags.

Gameplay:

1. Players take turns tossing bags at the opposite platform.

2. A bag on the board scores 1 point, and a bag in the hole scores 3 points.

3. Bags that hit the ground first or are knocked off the board do not score.

Winning:

The game is typically played to 21 points. Players or teams must reach exactly 21 points to win; if they exceed 21, their score is reduced to 15.

Fouls:

1. A bag thrown from in front of the platform or outside the designated area.

2. Any bag that contacts the ground before landing on the board or in the hole.
