how to play

The goal of shuffleboard is to slide pucks down a long, smooth table into a scoring area, earning points based on where the pucks land.

Setup:

1. Players stand at the same end of the table.

2. Each player or team has four pucks, distinguished by color.

Gameplay:

1. Players take turns sliding their pucks down the table.

2. The aim is to land the pucks in the highest-scoring zones while knocking the opponent’s pucks out of scoring zones.

Scoring:

1. Points are awarded based on the final position of the pucks.

2. The typical scoring zones range from 1 to 4 points.

3. Only pucks completely within a zone score points.

Winning:

The game is played to a predetermined point total, commonly 15 or 21 points. The player or team to reach this total first wins.
